Your role

We are looking for the next talent, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Munich Headquarter for EssilorLuxottica Group Retail Region Central Europe incl. Germany, Switzerland, Austria & Czech Republic:


Main responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the growth and success of our teams by identifying, engaging, and securing top talent. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across departments, from intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Conduct CV scouting, screening and in-depth interviews, acting as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using a variety of tools (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, networking).
  • Organize and lead assessment centres and HR interviews, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and data-driven evaluations.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and create regular reports to analyze hiring performance and propose improvements.
  • Draft and publish job adverts tailored to specific roles and platforms, ensuring consistency with employer branding.
  • Manage the recruitment database (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by participating in job fairs, university events and online campaigns.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the HR department, especially in talent acquisition best practices, candidate experience, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Reporting into Head of HR

 

 

Dein Profil:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience within Talent Acquisition and/or Employer Branding preferably but not a must in a large retail chain in fashion and/or optical sector

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – Ability to communicate fluently in English & German (additional languages esp. Italian, French or Czech is a plus)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Organisational and planning skills

  • Digital and tech-savvy

  • Formal education in HR or equivalent
