With iconic brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Persol, as well as renowned licensed brands including Prada, Miu Miu, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana and Armani, we create customer experiences that go far beyond traditional optical retail.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who is eager to help shape these brand worlds across multiple channels.


  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns: You support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Shape brand worlds and visual merchandising: You support marketing initiatives across a portfolio of premium, fashion and luxury brands, contributing not only to communication strategies but also to visual merchandising and POS concepts that bring brands to life in-store.
  • Develop omnichannel experiences: You support the connection between physical and digital customer journeys and help strengthen the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: You work closely with Creative, Digital, CRM, Merchandising and other stakeholders to ensure strong and consistent campaign execution.
  • Use data to optimize performance: You analyze campaign results, derive insights and support the continuous improvement of marketing activities.
  • Bring ideas and improve processes: You contribute creative input and help develop new marketing approaches as well as more efficient processes.

Candidate Profile

  • First marketing experience: You bring initial experience in Marketing, Brand Management or Digital Marketing – ideally within fashion, premium, lifestyle or consumer-focused industries.
  • Strong sense for brands, trends and presentation: You are passionate about brands, design and trends and ideally have an understanding of visual merchandising or retail presentation.
  • Analytical and creative mindset: You combine creativity with strong numerical understanding and work in both an idea-driven and structured way.
  • Strong communication and team spirit: You enjoy working with different stakeholders and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Language skills: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
