Your Responsibilities

Lead and inspire your team

Motivate, coach, and develop your team to achieve individual and store goals while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and expert advice.

Drive store performance

Take ownership of sales results, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities to achieve and exceed business goals.

Manage daily store operations

Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, cash management, stock control, and ensuring company standards are consistently met.

Maintain visual excellence

Ensure the store is always presented to the highest standard, creating an inspiring shopping environment that reflects our premium brands.

Build a high-performing team

Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development to help your team succeed and grow.

Your Profil

• Previous experience in retail management or as an Assistant Store Manager.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop people.
• Passion for customer service and premium brands.
• Commercial mindset with experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent Czech is required.
• Basic English skills are required.
• No German language skills are required.
• Clean criminal record.
