With iconic brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Persol, as well as renowned licensed brands including Prada, Miu Miu, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana and Armani, we create customer experiences that go far beyond traditional optical retail.
To strengthen our Marketing team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d) with a strong passion for brands, retail and customer experience.
In this role, you will combine classic marketing with the physical brand experience: from campaigns and POS activations to Visual Merchandising concepts across multiple stores.
Your Responsibilities
Shape brands across channels
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives for our premium, fashion and luxury brands across digital and offline channels.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and a strong customer experience across all touchpoints.
Bring brands to life in-store
- Develop and implement POS, retail activation and Visual Merchandising concepts across our store network.
- Translate international brand guidelines into inspiring local retail experiences.
- Work closely with Retail and Sales to ensure high-quality execution across multiple stores.
Create omnichannel experiences
- Connect physical and digital customer journeys and identify opportunities to strengthen the overall customer experience.
- Support campaigns and initiatives from concept through to implementation.
Work cross-functionally
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Digital, CRM, Merchandising, Retail, Sales and international brand teams.
- Coordinate internal and external partners and ensure successful project delivery.
Use insights to improve
- Analyze campaign and retail performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Identify trends and new opportunities to continuously improve our marketing and retail activities.
Candidate Profile
- Several years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing or a similar field.
- Experience in Visual Merchandising, POS, Retail Experience or Store Marketing – ideally with responsibility across multiple stores or a larger retail network.
- A strong understanding of brands, customer experience and the premium, fashion or luxury environment.
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and enjoy turning ideas into tangible experiences.
- Strong project management skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a good understanding of design, trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Please note: This is not a fully remote position. The role includes regular travel within the DACH region, approximately two days per week, as well as regular presence at our office in Grasbrunn. Therefore, a residence in the Munich area or within reasonable commuting distance is required.
