Are you looking to bring your finance expertise into an international retail environment while maintaining the flexibility of a part-time role?

As our Retail Controller (m/f/d), you will support the financial steering of our retail business and work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams. Combining hands-on controlling, business partnering and data-driven insights, you will help us understand performance, identify opportunities and make sound business decisions.

Closing & Financial Reporting
You actively support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance with our group reporting standards.

Budgeting & Forecasting
You support the preparation, consolidation and tracking of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

Variance & KPI Analysis
You analyze Actuals vs. Budget and Forecast across sales, OPEX and profitability, identifying key business drivers, risks and potential savings opportunities.

Management Reporting & Automation
You prepare structured management reports and business reviews and support the automation and continuous improvement of recurring financial reports and processes.

Business Partnering
You work closely with our functional teams, providing financial guidance, monitoring cost center spending and supporting stakeholders in understanding their financial performance.

Business Cases & Projects
You support strategic projects and business decisions through financial feasibility studies, scenario modeling and ad-hoc analyses.

Finance Background
You have successfully completed a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

Controlling Experience
You bring at least three years of professional experience in Financial Controlling, Corporate Finance or Sales Controlling, ideally within an international corporate environment.

Excel & SAP Expertise
You have advanced MS Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex formulas and data analysis, as well as hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO. Experience with reporting tools such as SmartView is a strong plus.

Analytical Mindset
You combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured way of working, attention to detail and a hands-on mentality.

Strong Business Partner
You enjoy working beyond the numbers and are confident in translating financial insights into clear and actionable information for different stakeholders.

International Mindset
You are fluent in English at business level (C1/C2), as English is our primary working language. German language skills are a strong advantage for collaboration with local stakeholders.

Part-Time & Hybrid Working
This role is specifically designed as a part-time position, combining collaboration in our Grasbrunn office with the flexibility to work partially from home.

Our Grasbrunn office is easily accessible by public transport. If you prefer to drive, parking is available in our underground car park.
