Your Responsibilities

Inspire and advise customers

Help customers find the perfect sunglasses by understanding their needs, providing honest advice, and sharing your enthusiasm for our brands.

Create an outstanding shopping experience

Make every customer feel welcome through excellent service, a positive attitude, and genuine care.

Maintain an attractive store environment

Ensure our products are beautifully presented and that the store is clean, organized, and inviting.

Support stock management

Help manage inventory and ensure our best-selling products are always available.

Process sales transactions

Handle cash and card payments accurately while delivering excellent customer service.

Work as part of a team

Support your colleagues, contribute your ideas, and help create a positive and collaborative working atmosphere.

Your Profil

  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Passion for fashion, premium products, and customer service.
  • Friendly, positive, and communicative personality.
  • Reliable team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Fluent Czech and English skills are required.
  • Clean criminal record.

What We Offer

 
  • Fixed monthly salary:
    • CZK 33,000 (40 hours/week)
    • CZK 24,750 (30 hours/week)
    • CZK 16,500 (20 hours/week)
  • Additional monthly sales commission based on store target achievements.
  • 200 hours of paid vacation per year.
  • Fully covered MultiSport Card after successfully completing the probation period.
  • Flexible shifts within store opening hours:
    • Airport: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Working schedule from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
